Whilst we charge an introduction fee to the housing association, our experience has shown that the offers we can achieve far exceed those achieved by a direct relationship between the developer and the housing association, even after our fees are deducted. We also take the developers burden of ensuring that contracts with the housing association exchange quickly and efficiently.
